GEOGRAPHY - Class Requirements:
(Shantry/Grube) Course work will include daily notetaking, completion of homework and/or assignments, successful completion
of writing, quizes, test papers, and open book tests. All student work should be well written, legible, and complete.
Internet skills including search engines, research of geography topics, and writings from computer files are expected. Passing
of a 90 MINUTE Final Exam and unit tests are required. Extra Credit is available to all students. Class participation
and appropriate classroom behavior are important Your 4th quarter teacher, Mr. G, has designed
a calendar web site for all assignments and it is updated daily. It is you responsibility to consult this resource often.
CLASS RULES: No
gum, candy, or food is permitted in the classroom. Bottled water is ok.
CLASSROOM BEHAVIOR:
If you wish to talk, you are to raise your hand and wait for recognition. You are to respect your teacher and
fellow students at all times. Vandalism artwork on desks and/or textbooks carries an after school cleaning
assignment.
